Teams of key customer facing personnel engaged in a current or new opportunity are facilitated through The PLANtoWIN™ Process which contains a number of critical analysis stages and a thorough planning stage. They produce a PLAN that is a practical and creative solution to current commercial issues in a jointly owned, fully documented customer strategy (8 stages are used for the most complex situations).
The facilitation techniques used by our experienced professionals and the use of best practice marketing techniques broken down into straightforward tasks produce clear thinking, creative solutions and consensus.
This is typically achieved in four working days, usually two pairs of two separated by a week or so. In the interval the team pursues research to resolve issues raised by the initial analysis. In the concluding days the team is able to complete the analysis and agree a comprehensive timed plan to achieve the business win.
Teams are provided with web portal access to facilitate PLAN updates and communications. As events unfold plans are reviewed - with our help and to a pre-arranged timetable.
